based in Monroe County , Pennsylvania .
Being an All-Volunteer , Non-Profit Organization ,
they operate on a very tight budget and expenses
are always increasing . It is the generosity
of people in our local communities that enable
them to continue sending essential and comfort
items to our local men and women serving in the
military in places like Iraq and Afghanistan .
